The kids and I worked on a craft for our abandoned art project today, so I thought I would share it. It’s simple and beautiful! Even little kids can do this one if you help cut out the feathers and tie the ribbons. Mother’s Day/Father’s Day is coming up too. ::wink wink::
The kids and I welcomed spring today by making tissue paper flowers. It’s not a new idea, of course, but we enjoyed it.
After a field trip that included a trip to a local artists’ collective, the Engineer thoughtfully announced that he wanted to study “more art.” Cue the scramble and freak-out from mommy.
